[This project comprises] study of theoretical and artistic production of technical images – especially photographic – in decolonial contexts, with Latin America as its highlight; research on the Latin American identitary project and of a history of art beyond the eurocentric models, from the visual production of artists and other executors within an iconosphere in which the transit of images and senses surpasses classificatory limits and geographic specificities, and operates concepts of porosity and visibility/invisibility; and discussion on institutionalization and artification of the photographic field within contemporary art.
