BEFORE THE EYES
Gestures, places and culture, interlaced, constitute the main lines of this research, which has as starting point the relation of the researcher with Maracanã Hamlet, an urban hamlet located in Rio de Janeiro, thought over through questions such as: the colonizing violence, the indigenous ancestry, the urban indigenous, hospitality and orality. Its objective is the attainment of a new corpus of plastic and theoretical thought, which shall have as mean and result atelier works, concretion of a work group, bibliographic update, and textual production for publication in annals, periodicals from the area, or books.
