MACP Project – MAPPING PERIPHERAL VISUAL ART AND CULTURE: Identification of artistic and cultural groups in Rio de Janeiro
The university extension project “Mapping Peripheral Visual Art and Culture: Identification of artistic and cultural groups in Rio de Janeiro” has the proposal of accomplishing the survey and identification of groups, artists, artisans, and collectives of visual arts and cultures situated in peripheral areas whose productions of symbolic goods problematize issues of territorial identity, and consequently of mapping their forms of acting, circulation and production.
